TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Simply Portraits. Terms & Conditions are on the booking page.

Crossfire Photography. Terms & Conditions are provided as part of the estimate provided before assignment.

FAQ’s

Payment. No need to prepay. Once you have finished your session you can pay with cash, eftpos & most credit cards.

Why use simply portraits. Our Principal is a qualified professional photographer who has worked in fashion with major clients over many years . For a low cost - you will access the skills of a leading Australian Photographer who will ensure your portrait captures the best version of you.

Parking. Yes There is plenty of on street parking around the studio.

Public Transport. Yes There are buses and we are as short walk form Kings Cross & Edgecliff Stations.

How do I prepare for my portrait. There are tips on our blog but we suggest you dress smart casual, avoid just white garments and bring a choice of garments to choose from.

RETURNS

Digital Photography. Due to the nature of the photographic service, no returns can be made once the digital photos are delivered. During the photographic session clients can review the work produced on our digital cameras and if not satisfied we will endevour to produce images to your approval. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made at the time of photography.

Digital Files.  We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after notification that that digital files have not arrived. Once files are delivered,  it is the responsibilituy of the client to backup the files and preserve them for the future. Whilst we maintain archives, we are only responsible for images stored during the production & delivery process before delivery of final images to the client.

Delivery Digital files are delivered using conventional protocols such as email & file transfer services. If there are problems with the delivery services we will attempt to supply the images direct to a device if bought to our premises. We will not replace the image if the client does not have a device that can view images – such as a smart phone, tablet or PC. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandle by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer.

Prints The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise & notification that prints are faulty.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

In order to use the Cyan Sky Pty Ltd website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including phone & email. Any information collected by Cyan Sky Pty Ltd is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail or directly through our website.

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

 Any details collected from Cyan Sky Pty Ltd customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services at a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references and to assist in our staff development.

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by contacting us using the contacts settings on this site.

ORDERS

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
